This position focuses on light painting work following flooring installations, primarily trim touch-ups such as baseboards, quarter round, and transitions. The quality of your work helps leave a lasting impression on our customers. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.Key Responsibilities:Perform light finish painting including baseboards, quarter round, and trim touch-upsMatch existing paint colors and finishes as closely as possibleMaintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environmentReview scope of work prior to arrival and execute with attention to detailInteract with customers in a friendly and professional mannerEnsure high-quality standards are met on every jobLeave the job site clean and customer-readyQualifications:Experience with residential painting, especially trim and detail workStrong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise finishesReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseMust be comfortable working in occupied homesAbility to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periodsPosition Details:1099 subcontractor position (not full-time or part-time)Project-based, flexible schedulingWork available on an as-needed basis throughout the weekIf you take pride in clean, detailed work and want consistent subcontract opportunities, we'd love to connect.
