Royal Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

·        Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

·        Replace furnaces, condensers, air handlers, boilers, ductwork, and related equipment.

·        Fabricate and install sheet metal and flexible duct systems, vents, and other air distribution components.

·        Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal codes, including proper safety procedures and refrigerant handling regulations.

·        Work closely with dispatch and management to complete jobs efficiently.

·        Read and interpret installation specifications and technical documents.

·        Ensure all installations are completed safely and according to code.

·        Maintain clean and organized job sites.

·        Educate homeowners on their new system after installation.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience required

·        Physically capable of performing duties that include bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Must be comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet, walking multiple flights of stairs daily, and working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

·        Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and field service software.

·        Experience installing HVAC systems.

·        Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

·        Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures

·        Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely

·        Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

·        Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions

·        Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail

·        EPA Certification preferred
